apply on wet hair, massage & rinse thoroughly. can be used alone or once a week as a first cleansing step before your favorite shu uemura art of hair shampoo and conditioner routine.

how to use muroto volume conditioner

after shampooing, apply a quarter-size amount of the conditioner into damp hair. massage into mid-lengths and ends. rinse thoroughly.

How to apply how to use izumi tonic hair treatment

apply shu uemura art of hair shampoo & conditioner (or mask treatment) and rinse. spray izumi tonic on wet (towel-dried) hair and comb through. do not rinse. proceed to air dry or blow-dry.

deep cleansers can be used as a daily shampoo or as a part of a weekly deep cleansing routine. if you have an oily scalp, highly active lifestyle, or live in an urban environment around pollution, a daily cleanse with one of our deep cleansers is ideal. if you prefer a less frequent but effective wash, use deep cleansers once a week alone or a part of a double-cleanse with your favorite shu uemura shampoo.

which deep cleanser is right for me and why?

can i use deep cleansers on color-treated or chemically treated hair?

our deep cleansers are safe to use on color-treated hair and are silicon-free and paraben-free. however, if your main hair concern is to preserve color or you just received a fresh color or smoothing treatment such as keratin, we do not recommend deep cleansers. instead, we suggest shu uemura color lustre sulfate-free haircare range.
deep cleansers are also great to use prior to receiving your next color service or smoothing treatment to help deeply clarify and cleanse to prep for fresh color.
