It was a deliberate decision to choose Shu Uemera because of the price point. I wanted to move away from Aveda after years of using it. I received the box with excitement.. and only to my dismay the leaks on the paper and the box. Did I receive a return item!? I called customer service.. terrible service and opted for replacement. That was almost a month again. Where is the replacement?
