apply a quarter-size amount of the shampoo to wet hair. massage into scalp using fingers and palms. rinse thoroughly.

after shampooing, apply conditioner to wet hair. massage onto mid-lengths and ends. rinse thoroughly.

Instead of applying Yūbi Blonde conditioner right to the scalp, apply a nickel size amount to your mid lengths and ends. Use a wet brush or large tooth comb to evenly distribute. Leave in for a couple minutes and rinse. This will help give more volume at the roots and better hydration for your ends.

I love how my grays look after washing. I put this on my dry hair, before shampooing, for about 5 min. Then wash my hair, adding a bit more shampoo, wait 3 min, rinse and use a rinse out conditioner. Air dry and my hair looks and feels great!

Maybe the stuff works, and maybe it doesn't. Whatever is in it that requires those warning labels, I don't want to put on my hair. I am currently mailing my order back for a complete refund. Additionally, your return process is not user-friendly. The majority of retailers nowadays provide prepaid return labels. Your company does not. Attempting to obtain information on your website about how to do a return is also not user-friendly and obscure. Very, very dissatisfied with your company.
