Long time user: so disappointed in new formula
I've been using this shampoo since 2016. I loved the original rose scent and always got compliments on it. It has kept my hair healthy and shiny and thick for almost a decade now. I ordered again recently and didn't see that the formula had been completely changed. The liquid is clear now, dries out my hair, and the new scent gives me a headache. I am very sensitive to scents so I have to pick my products carefully. I'm so disappointed that I will have to find a new shampoo and conditioner set now. Please change it back!

Has the Color formula changed?
Now I feel Iike I’m not the only one…I have been using the Color lasting shampoo and its treatment line for about 5 years. I loved it! AND I miss it! Seems my last two purchases are missing something - the lather, the silken softness and lasting color expectation. I’m ordering ONE MORE TIME in hopes that maybe I’ll experience the reason why I have remained faithful for so long. Fingers crossed.

Long time user! So sad…..
LONG TIME USER - I greatly dislike this new formula and scent combination for color treated hair. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for more than a decade, so I was disheartened when I opened the recent bottles I bought and found a different formula and scent. The shampoo is too drying now that it’s a clear formula- the old version was creamy and hydrating.
