don't ever buy this product
This was horrible. You had to apply it to towel dryed, hair, wait 5 minutes, then it was like glue and made my hair awful.

Please bring back old formula!!
I was a long time user of my favorite shampoo, the Color lustre. My mother and I used it for years and it was by far the best! This new formula is awful! I had a greasy residue and my hair felt limp and dirty, yet dry. PLease please please bring back the old formula. This is unusable to me. The only good reviews are incentivized! Not from long time users of the product.

Pungent scent
The scent on the conditioner has changed. It is more pungent than years past. Does in condition well? Yes, but the aroma is overwhelming. Not sure I will repurchase even though I’ve been using Shu uemura for years.

Very disappointed...
I am really very disappointed about the new formula as Many Others as well. I don't understand way you changed it. BEFORE IT WAS JUST PERFECT AND NOW I'LL HAVE TOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
BEFORE MY HAIR WAS SO SHINY AND BEAUTYFUL AND NOW THEY ARE DRY.
PLEASE GO BACH TO THE OLD ONE. IT WAS MUCH BETHER.
