Wata Wave is best after curling the hair. I suggest to tilt your head starting on one side allowing the hair to expand, and spray upwards from ends to roots. Then repeating on the opposite side and back of their head. This allows the micro powders to be fully immersed throughout the hair giving incredible volume and texture.
