This was okay.
Besides my blonde I do have a lot of silver in my hair so I have to be careful with purple products because they leave me lavender.

Damaged on arrival and no replacement sent
Product leaked during shipment no replacement sent. I immediately contacted Customer service on the phone and sent photos within minutes. I was offered a replacement and said yes because I really wanted to try the product. The customer service rep seemed really helpful on the phone, but I’ve been waiting weeks and no replacement has been sent even after a second follow up call. Can’t review the product because I haven’t been able to try - so 1 star.

SILKY SERUM DOES THE JOB
It's extremely interesting that this product is a serum and heat protectant. You don't wash it out. It totally works. I watched my yellow bleached hair turn a silky cool blonde color after blow drying.

Made my hair so soft and shiny!
I've used a few shu uemura hair products in the past and every one of them was absolutely wonderful! This serum was great for my recently bleached hair. The purple kept the brassiness at bay, while the serum itself made my hair soft, silky, and shiny.
Also, it takes such a small amount, even with longer hair, that this little bottle lasted a surprisingly long time!
I do bead-in, or nano tip hair extensions as a side gig. I've started using this on my clients' hair when they come in and they always end up taking a photo of the bottle to get their own or even looking up the serum online and ordering it while they're here.
I'll be buying this for my clients and myself from now on. In fact, I may even get it for a few friends and family for Christmas this year. I'm sure they'll love it as much as I do!
